The business has huge potential for future growth, and we have enjoyed the opportunity to secure 3 state-of-the-art Freeze Driers, 3 large jacketed kettles, 3 fermenters, and processing capability, intellectual property, and access to very unique ingredients and resources here in New Zealand.

Contract processing now forms a significant part of the annual turnover, and product sales and client numbers continue to grow impressively also.

The company is presently being groomed for eventual sale, either to a NZ investor via Equity Partnership or outright takeover, or to an overseas investor wishing to work within the company philosophy and care for our precious and very special existing clients as well as bring new export markets to the business.

Current clients can be assured that the excellent service and quality of product and attention to detail will continue as always, and that the current management team are available to stay on to ensure a very smooth and efficient handover.

The business transfer, planned within the next five years, will be to the benefit of our company, permitting further growth, more R & D, and more of those special products that we develop to each customers unique specification.

The business's Founder, Angela Payne, is available to keep an interest in the business in a consulting role after sale.
